How We Got Here
Started in 2000. Still Going.
FAA Partners was founded with a straightforward premise: small and mid-sized businesses deserve the same quality of financial management that large corporations take for granted, without having to hire a full accounting department to get it.
We started with a focus on the hospitality industry because we saw a real gap. Restaurants, hotels, and activity businesses were running complex operations with genuine financial risk, but most of their accounting support was either too basic to be useful or too expensive to be practical.
So we built something different. A firm that could handle the day-to-day bookkeeping with the same rigor a large company expects, while also providing the kind of analysis that actually helps an owner make a better decision on a Tuesday afternoon.
More than twenty years later, that is still what we do. The tools have changed. The approach has not.

FAA Partners is built on experienced professionals who have spent their careers working with businesses like yours. Here is who you will be working with.
Founder & Managing Partner
Leads the firm’s client relationships and strategic direction. Over 20 years working with hospitality and small business clients across Hawaii, New York, and nationally. Sets the standard for how the work gets done and how clients get treated.
Director of Accounting
Oversees all bookkeeping and accounting operations. Responsible for making sure every set of books delivered to a client is accurate, reconciled, and ready to act on. The person ultimately accountable for the quality of the numbers.
Analytics Lead
Builds and maintains the dashboards, reports, and forecasting models that turn raw financial data into something useful. Works directly with clients to make sure reporting reflects what they actually need to know, not a generic template.
Client Services Manager
Your first point of contact for day-to-day questions, document requests, and scheduling. Keeps communication clear and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks between you and the team handling your account.
